Operation

If you wish to rent a safe deposit box, there are three steps to follow:

Select the desired boot size

Follow the purchase process and pay online. You will then receive an invoice (by email) each year on the anniversary date, to be paid online.

When the keys are handed over, you will also be asked to sign the contracts, the contents of which are as follows.

Once you have rented a safe deposit box, you will be able to access it by appointment from Monday to Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

Security and access regulations

Opening hours
Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. Maximum visit duration: 30 minutes.

Access
Visits must be announced and confirmed in advance. Visitors must be accompanied by a YAK Safe Rental employee.

Confidentiality
No inventory, no cameras on the premises.

Prohibited items
Weapons, narcotics, explosives, hazardous materials, perishable goods.

Key loss
CHF 500 flat fee for secure opening procedure and replacement.

Key safekeeping (optional)
CHF 200/year (if offered).
